Product Introduction

The gas storage tank refers to the equipment specially used to store gas, and at the same time, it plays the role of stabilizing the system pressure. According to the pressure of the gas storage tank, it can be divided into high-pressure gas storage tank, low-pressure gas storage tank, and normal pressure gas storage tank. According to the material of the gas storage tank, it can be divided into: carbon steel gas storage tank, low alloy steel gas storage tank, stainless steel gas storage tank. Gas storage tanks (pressure vessels) are generally composed of parts and components such as cylinders, heads, flanges, nozzles, sealing elements and supports. In addition, it is also equipped with safety devices, meters and internal parts for different production processes.

Basic configuration of powder tank: 2 DN500 quick-open manholes, 2 DN100 ash outlet valves, 4 DN50 air inlet valves, 1 safety valve, 1 pressure gauge, 1 pressure discharge valve, secondary air inlet device, air bag liquefaction bed (V-type two-bin type), ash outlet air inlet pipeline, etc.

T50 tank container is a medium grade classification, a kind of standardized ISO tank box which can integrate sea, railway, land and air transportation. The LPG tank developed by our company is one of the T50 tanks, with an internal volume of 22.5 cubic metres in a 20ft lpg tank, capable of carrying 9 tons of LPG.
